- Module Transfer: We will transfer copies of the current versions of ES Foundation modules to your designated private S3 buckets. This allows you to maintain control and continue operations without interruption. Please note, while you can use and maintain these modules for your operations, resale is not permitted.
- Ownership of Custom Modules: Any custom modules we have developed specifically for you are fully owned by you. This ensures that you retain full rights to these custom resources.
- Seamless Transition: There will be no downtime for your infrastructure during this switchover process. We ensure a seamless transition so that your operations are not affected by the change in subscription status.
